What you'd do
- Design,develop,and improve ML models powering Coupang Eats search and discovery systems
- Build and maintain foundation models for full-funnel search including retrieval and ranking layers
- Research and apply LLM-based approaches to improve search quality across food and quick-commerce
What they want
- Minimum 1 year of ML model development experience or equivalent demonstrated technical ability
- Proficiency in Python or Java for machine learning model development and system integration
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for self-directed learning and initiative
Nice to have
- Master's degree in computer science,mathematics,or a related quantitative discipline
- Experience applying and fine-tuning LLMs for search quality improvement in production systems
- Strong technical communication skills in both Korean and English languages
