THE ROLE As a Designated Services Engineer (DSE) focused on FlashArray, you will serve as the single, dedicated technical anchor for high-value enterprise accounts utilizing our Business Critical Services. Moving beyond a shared support queue, you will directly own customer relationships and complex end-to-end technical outcomes for Pure's flagship FlashArray platform.
