Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with up to 2 days onsite per week. At Stryker, this role plays a key part in advancing the development of medical device products by applying deep mechanical engineering expertise to complex product and subsystem design challenges. As a senior technical contributor, you will lead defined technical workstreams, help translate user and business needs into engineering solutions, and support the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. What You Will Do • Lead the research, design, development, modification, evaluation, and improvement of mechanical and electro-mechanical modules, assemblies, and subsystems. • Translate user needs into design inputs and specifications and independently develop complex system-level designs. • Plan, execute, and guide advanced prototyping, testing, design verification, and technical problem-solving activities. • Drive resolution of complex product design issues and support continuous product and process improvements. • Explore emerging technologies and contribute to innovation activities, including invention disclosures,…
