- Provide on-site customer support through installations,system diagnoses,and equipment repair
- Develop leading-edge advanced packaging processes for the most advanced semiconductor chips
- Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs) to solve process challenges
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry,physics,materials engineering,electrical engineering,or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry
- Communication proficiency in English language
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field
