- Determine and give complimentaries to guests as recognition for their patronage and loyalty

- Sales or reservations experience in a hotel or hospitality sales and marketing environment
- Strong sales techniques for maximizing hotel revenue while preserving guest loyalty and service standards
- Excellent communication skills for responding to guest calls,requests,questions,and concerns professionally
Nice to have
- Prior experience in hotel sales coordination or reservations management at a Marriott or similar brand
- Familiarity with Marriott Rewards and upselling techniques for hotel rooms,packages,and services
