What you'd do
- Own stability,health,and performance of all Coupang customer-facing services end-to-end
- Define and manage SLIs,SLOs,and KPIs for system availability and reliability
- Build incident management automation including rapid recovery,operational reviews,and post-mortems

- Bring 5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Demonstrate deep UNIX/Linux system knowledge and operational engineering expertise
- Program proficiently in Python,Java,Golang,or Ruby for automation and tooling
Nice to have
- Computer Science,engineering,or related bachelor degree credential
- Java web architecture experience and JVM tuning knowledge at large scale
- Cloud,monitoring,or SRE-related professional certification from major providers
