The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. • Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals) • Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies • 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles • You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate • Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path • Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey • Designed to transition you into a final role as a Production & Testing Engineer.
