Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the Logistics & Services business, providing strategic, commercially focused, and practical legal support across a broad range of logistics, transportation, customs, supply chain, and maritime activities. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to enable growth, manage legal and regulatory risks, support complex commercial transactions, handle disputes and claims, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The position also supports broader corporate, operational, governance, and strategic initiatives as required within a dynamic in-house legal environment. Responsibilities 1. Provide legal support for commercial contracting activities, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on customer and vendor agreements. 2.
