This is a temporary position The assignment duration is through 10/04/2027 JOB SUMMARY The FLEX Director, Solution Roadmap Lead leads the day-to-day development, maintenance, and governance of the Solution Roadmap. This role focuses on translating inputs, maintaining roadmap data integrity, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are structured, aligned, and execution-ready within Jira and program planning artifacts. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field or an equivalent professional experience • 7+ years’ experience managing and supporting IT systems and operations AND 5+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager / Project Management Office team, using Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Experience in Project Management tools (i.e., Atlassian Jira/Confluence, MS Project) • Adaptable, efficient, proactive and effective in ensuring completion of Projects and Initiatives Preferred • Expertise working with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Power…
