Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and strategic decision support. This highly visible position partners closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, evaluate business performance, and influence key operational and strategic decisions. The role supports the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, long-range planning activities, and management reporting while helping shape the financial foundation of a newly independent public company. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful recommendations that drive performance and growth.
