What you'd do
- Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service of complex semiconductor equipment
- Work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs); analyze data statistically and compile technical conclusions
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, or optoelectronics
- 4-7 years of experience in semiconductor fab or equipment industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in related field
