Job Description Job Description A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior MPS Specialist. MPS is an integrated production system for how the company designs, manages, and continuously improves our operations and supporting business processes, enabled through the development of our people. What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following: • Provide support sitewide to deliver significant business results through use of MPS. Support critical improvement projects as the MPS subject matter expert. • Work with the site MPS lead to maintain an active MPS strategy for the site, linked to the site and company strategy. • Enable the company World Class Supply objectives through Value Stream analysis/ Supply Chain Design on key franchises. • Deliver training and coaching to build a culture of self-sustaining MPS capability. • Deploy companywide MPS initiatives as required e.g. Closed Loop Management System Fundamentals of Tier, Problem Solving, Leader Standard Work, Hoshin etc. • Demonstrate the mindsets and behaviours required to drive a high-performance culture in daily work.
