The Mainframe & SWIFT Application Support Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end support, monitoring, and incident management of our Mainframe accounting processes and SWIFT messaging flows. The role ensures operational stability, data accuracy, and timely processing of financial transactions, supporting business-critical fund accounting and custody operations. Who we are looking for We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong expertise in SWIFT-integrated, fund accounting, custody operations and mainframe ecosystems to support and modernize mission-critical financial applications. The team supports high-volume, highly secure financial systems operating across SWIFT secure zones, cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure), and legacy mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM Z). These platforms are undergoing transformation to hybrid architectures, combining mainframe stability with cloud scalability and automation.
