With our ambition of delivering 20 new medicines by 2030, we must decide clearly where to invest our scientific capacity, bring AI into how we discover and develop medicines, and build next-generation talent. This role sits where science, portfolio and transformation meet. You will shape how our scientific capacity is allocated across therapy areas, and how we decide what to start, continue, slow or stop. And you will lead strategic and transformation projects, including bringing AI into how we work, with direct exposure to senior scientific and functional leadership.
