You are responsible for: • Managing end-to-end landside shipment execution—from booking and planning to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS • Planning and optimize transport, including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling changes (amendments/cancellations) • Monitoring execution, proactively manage exceptions, and ensure timely resolution across stakeholders • Coordinating with transport vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and performance adherence • Ensuring accurate system updates, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability. • Coordinating work closely with external parties – vendors, terminals, customers and internal functions – finance, procurement, customer experience. • Building strong engagement with regional front office teams • Participating in internal team…
