Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join the Risk Consulting department at Marsh. This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Mining Lead with a strong mining engineering pedigree to drive value for mining clients across Africa through innovative risk management and engineering consulting. The successful candidate will be a technical “heavy hitter” in mining engineering who can shift client conversations from transactional surveys to value-adding consulting engagements, expand PRC penetration into the broking mining client base, lead a team to deliver revenue and NOI targets, and raise the visibility of our capabilities across mining networks and forums.
