Job Descriptions • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow. • Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
