About the Role We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of our Client CI/CD platform. The platform enables customers to build, validate, and deploy CRIMS customizations to their dedicated SaaS-hosted environments. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding a small development team while collaborating with clients, product owners, security teams, and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and platform capabilities. • Define scalable, reliable, and secure automation for building and deploying client customizations. • Develop infrastructure and deployment automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform and Ansible. • Use LLM-based tools for automating reviewing proposed changes, identifying potential risks, and troubleshooting issues. • Establish and maintain DevSecOps practices, including static and dynamic security testing, dependency and vulnerability scanning, CVE remediation workflows, penetration testing coordination, and secure release processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving pipelines, infrastructure, deployments, and…
