Job Description The Position The Customer Experience Platform Team at Our Company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to help shape and support Salesforce solutions across our Technology Solutions Product Line. This role will work closely with experienced technical teams, business partners, and end users to design, build, and communicate solutions that support our business goals and deliver a better experience for our colleagues and customers. You will be supported by a growing team, but this is also a hands-on role. You should be comfortable stepping in where needed across delivery activities, from reviewing technical specifications and writing business requirements to supporting testing and helping the team move work forward.
