Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: • Analyze failure root cause of RMA returns • Investigate cause of new product failures • Determine cause of yield excursions • Work with Design, Application, process, product and package engineering to identify the failure root cause and propose corrective actions • Write technical reports with failure analysis findings and distribute it to the team • Meet ADI’s failure analysis cycle time and quality commitments • Develop new techniques for analyzing failures • Take ownership for a piece of failure analysis equipment; and keep it running • Mentor…
