What you'd do
- Ensure food service staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service and meet all guest needs
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and complete opening and closing duties for food service area operations
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability,service quality,safety,and overall guest well-being

- Experience in a food and beverage service supervisory or team lead role in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Ability to assist management with hiring,training,evaluating,and coaching food service team members
- Strong organizational skills for completing opening and closing duties,inventory,and supply management
Nice to have
- Prior supervisory experience in hotel food and beverage or restaurant service operations management roles
- Familiarity with hotel food service scheduling systems and FIFO inventory management best practices
