Who we are looking for A senior research leader to lead and grow the Systematic Fixed Income (FI) Research team in Bangalore, responsible for developing quantitative fixed income investment strategies, proprietary tools, and implementable solutions for our global FI franchise. The role combines people leadership, deep hands-on quantitative research credibility, working across multiple cross-functional teams, and focus on local research excellence within a globally integrated research and investment teams. The successful candidate will also drive the integration of AI tools and AI-strategist capabilities into the FI research process and serve as one of the local research anchors for SSIM's emerging India research partnerships.
