Job Description: We are the AI Experience Framework (AIUX) team that builds the platform that powers ServiceNow's AI-first user interfaces. Using modern Lit-based web components, AIUX builds modular, reusable conversational experiences that serve as the technical foundation for conversation-first applications like Employee Slate. This role owns full-stack architectural decisions in a modern JavaScript/component-driven environment, working across AI integration, performance scale, and multi-team coordination — spanning our SSR runtime (server-rendered Lit components, versioned request routing, isolated execution pools) and the ServiceNow Glide platform layer it integrates with.
