POSITION SUMMARY Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring associates work effectively as a team to deliver efficient, professional, and exceptional service while consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Monitors restaurant operations throughout the shift, including guest engagement, table availability, sequence of service, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
