The FP&A Specialist will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of financial planning, and excellent communication abilities. Financial & Planning Specialist - LAC We will count on you to: • Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin. • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Review and conduct simple analysis of financial planning information and reports and makes recommendations for changes to management. • Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives. • Assist in the month end close process by preparing recurring/standard and ad-hoc business performance reporting researching general ledger…
