ROLE SUMMARY Join our Technical Services team as a Senior Platform Architect and drive transformational outcomes with Temporal. You’ll be the accountable technical owner from purchase to stable production, turning complex challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions. Shape delivery patterns, operational standards, and enablement strategies that accelerate customer success and create lasting competitive advantage across teams and environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Production Readiness and Activation - Act as the single owner of customers' scale-proof production readiness - Drive the first production workflow and reduce time-to-production - Establish guardrails and best practices for reliability, failure handling, scaling, and upgrades - Make developers Temporal SDK experts, make customer platform architects Temporal Server and SDK best practice experts - Set up alerting to catch issues before customers do - Work on your assigned customers' most difficult tickets and problems - Identify and remove activation blockers early before they become escalations - Optimize costs and performance with customers Run the Customer's Technical Program - Build and execute a KPI-driven success plan…
