Job Location ALEXANDRIA PLANT Job Description The Plant Facilities Services Leader at our Alexandria (Fabric Care) Plant sets the direction, strategy, and governs the delivery of established standards for site facilities services. This includes maintaining and improving safety, stewardship, and operational excellence, as well as influencing employee value equation (EVE), innovation, and use of technology to deliver outstanding experiences for site resources. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Direction & Master Planning: Develop a comprehensive master plan in partnership with vendor leadership that aligns with the business objectives, aimed at delivering world-class facility services with strong fundamentals and maximized value through loss elimination, EVE, and Innovation. Set the strategic direction and portfolio for delivering outstanding facility services for the plant, including developing and strengthening relations with strategic partners onsite. Cultivate effective stakeholder engagement and influence Site Leadership to unlock greater value from the Facilities Services Program.
