Job Description: Supplier Performance Management Support • Supporting supplier performance management activities for the Consumer Business Group in the Americas region. • Monitoring supplier performance metrics and helping identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Supporting supplier performance reviews, issue resolution, and follow-up actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Partnering with 3M supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and quality teams to help address supplier-related performance concerns. • Assisting in the preparation of supplier scorecards, dashboards, review materials, and performance reports. • Supporting supply continuity efforts by tracking supplier issues, escalations, and corrective action progress.
