What you'd do
- Monitor financial operations and analyze performance for Japan and China subsidiaries
- Produce monthly financial actuals,forecasts,and budget reports for executives
- Standardize finance processes for newly acquired subsidiaries post-deal
What they want
- Five plus years in finance,accounting,or FP&A roles
- Strong financial-statement analysis and structured reporting skills
- Business-level Japanese for daily collaboration with subsidiary teams
Nice to have
- Accounting or business major with CPA or similar credential
- Experience managing finance for overseas subsidiaries or global operations
- ERP and BI tool experience plus AI-assisted finance workflow experience
