- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with no prior work experience required for entry into this role
- Strong customer service orientation for delivering unique and memorable hotel guest experiences consistently
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move objects under 10 pounds
Nice to have
- Prior experience in hotel front desk,guest relations,or concierge service in a hospitality setting
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and standard guest service procedures and operations
