Job Description The Position Our Company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Databricks-based platform that powers analytics, insights, and AI solutions across the organization. The platform contains dozens of data sources and thousands of tables. Your mission will be to transform this complex landscape into a portfolio of trusted, reusable, and discoverable data products that enable business users and AI solutions to unlock the full value of The Company’s data. What will you do? • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for our Databricks-based platform. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and prioritize investments that deliver measurable value. • Drive the transition from raw datasets to governed, high-quality, reusable data products. • Improve data discoverability, quality, consistency, metadata, lineage, and usability. • Enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI by ensuring data is complete, accurate, trusted, and AI-ready. • Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, software engineers, and data governance teams. • Measure product success through adoption, user…
