Title: Lead Planner and Scheduler Key Accountabilities • Promotes a culture of open safety reporting and continuous improvement. • Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results. • Accountable for supplying an accurate Maintenance schedule to allow effective and efficient asset maintenance, covering multi-discipline Preventative (PM) & Corrective (CM) maintenance activity. • Support station MA’s in ensuring no overdue maintenance (SCE and Anomaly management) to reduce risk to production /personnel / plant and environment. • Responsible for supporting Maint team requests for contractor support (CTR’s) from end to end, ensuring MA’s provide:- o quality of scope of work o accurate cost review / challenge against the supplied resources / equipment utilisation & materials o accurate durations • Responsible for the management of processes and standards, and monitoring the agreed upon KPIs, taking appropriate actions to close the deviations from Maintenance team objectives. • Drives compliance with the standardized…
