SENIOR MANAGER, DRUG PRODUCT ANALYTICS POSITION SUMMARY You will lead a team of Analytical Scientists supporting Pfizer’s small-molecule portfolio from early development through commercialization. You will provide scientific and people leadership for analytical development, control strategy, and project delivery, working closely with Drug Product Development and Supply and other CMC functions. You will be accountable for defining phase-appropriate analytical strategies, translating scientific data into clear project recommendations, and ensuring robust analytical deliverables aligned with program timelines and regulatory expectations. You will also coach and develop scientists, strengthen technical capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve development speed, scientific quality, and operational efficiency through new technologies and ways of working.
