The Opportunity The Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team in Adobe’s Corporate Development organization consist of a multifaceted core group of professionals responsible for pre-merger operational diligence, integration strategy and post-merger integration planning and execution. We will collaborate with Adobe’s senior executives and business unit leaders throughout the phases of the acquisition life-cycle to ensure a smooth transition of the acquired company into Adobe’s ecosystem. We’re looking for an experienced individual who excels in partnering cross-functionally and influencing in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. This individual is operationally focused and commercially experienced, with the skill to simultaneously drive integration efforts while ensuring acquisition targets meet/exceed deal value drivers.
