Job Description

What are we looking for?

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Energy Engineering or a related field
• Experience operating and maintaining utility systems such as refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, boilers, or water treatment systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirementsNice to Have
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
• Experience with CMMS, RCA, PM/PdM, or reliability improvement programs
• Professional certifications related to refrigeration, energy management, mechanical, or safety disciplinesWhat will be your key responsibilities?
• Operate, inspect, and maintain utility systems to ensure safe and reliable manufacturing support
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while driving equipment reliability improvements
• Troubleshoot utility equipment failures and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis methodologies
• Support energy optimization, compliance requirements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across utility systemsWhat can you expect from Mars?
