Use Your Power for Purpose A position within Pfizer Global Supply – GTEL Laboratory Operations Center function providing GMP compliant services to PGS within GTEL ES & MDCP. The applicant must have awareness of cGMPs, good lab practices and good housekeeping practices. The candidate must also have experience with laboratory equipment and demonstrated compliance to procedures. What You Will Achieve The Sr. Associate Metrologist will: • Have primary oversight for service providers and/or perform occasional validation, qualification, calibration/preventative maintenance for laboratory instrumentation used for GMP testing. • Be responsible for generating and/or reviewing documentation in support of the metrological activities stated above. Including maintaining these records and filing according to Pfizer policy • Be responsible for updating and maintaining calibration database • Be responsible for scheduling and managing calibration/maintenance service contracts with outside vendors • Perform/document investigations for non-conformances associated with laboratory equipment. • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and equipment software applications as well as make recommendations to…
