Housing subscription management
How renewal, plan changes and refunds work. Subscriptions can be bought once Toss Payments and the card companies finish their review.
Cancel renewal
Cancelling renewal stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not request a refund.
Change from weekly to monthly
The monthly plan starts at the end of the paid week. No payment is taken on the day you schedule the change. You can keep weekly or cancel renewal before the change starts.
Billing details
After you subscribe, this page shows your billing history and lets you change your payment card. This review page does not show account or payment records.
Refunds and support
The guarantee allows a full refund within 48 hours of your original first successful payment on either plan, even after use. Changing plans does not extend or restart it. Renewals and later purchases are outside the guarantee. Other refund rights and billing corrections are reviewed separately.
