What is the Ushulang guide?
The Busan Regional Postal Office (부산지방우정청), a branch of Korea Post, first published the guide in 2024. Post office staff and letter carriers each recommend the places in their own delivery area, so the list skews toward everyday local spots: rice-and-soup joints (국밥), noodle houses, market stalls, and neighborhood grills, not tourist-district restaurants.
The 2026 edition lists 240 places and was released in June 2026 alongside an official Kakao Map collection. Prices, hours, and phone numbers shown here are as printed in that edition, so call ahead or check the map link before a long trip. Some picks are also certified 30+ year heritage businesses (백년가게); those carry both badges.
