About the Role

What if your fluency in Turkish could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Turkish language experts to evaluate and improve AI-generated content - ensuring it sounds natural, accurate, and culturally right for real Turkish speakers.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just a deep command of Turkish and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated Turkish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
  • Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
  • Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
  • Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Native or near-native fluency in Turkish
  • Strong written communication skills in Turkish
  • Solid command of contemporary Turkish usage across different contexts and registers
  • Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
  • Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
  • Background in communications, education, journalism, or content review
  • Knowledge of regional or dialectal variations within Turkish
