What this actually is

You evaluate AI responses in the target language, rate translation quality, write prompts in your native language, and flag errors. Not professional translation work in the traditional sense. The platform title (Brazilian Portuguese - Arts Subject Matter Expert (SME)) reflects the rate band and the expertise required, not the day-to-day work.

Can you do this on your visa?

Project Overview

Help shape the future of AI in Brazil!

We are building a next‑generation benchmark to evaluate how well AI systems handle complex, real‑world questions in Brazilian Portuguese. This project will help improve how AI delivers accurate, reliable, and context‑aware responses for the Brazilian market.

We are seeking Brazilian Portuguese Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Arts (visual arts, architecture and crafts, performing arts, and music and audio-related) to create high‑quality, expert‑level question‑and‑answer content. This role goes beyond basic data labeling and requires deep domain knowledge, critical thinking, and strong writing skills to test advanced reasoning and contextual understanding in Brazilian Portuguese.

Suitable backgrounds may includevisual artists, curators, or senior‑level art historians; architects or architectural historians with professional or academic experience; crafts practitioners or researchers specializing in traditional or contemporary crafts; performing arts professionals (theatre, dance, opera) with directing, choreography, or dramaturgy experience; musicians, composers, musicologists, or sound engineers; audio professionals such as record producers, sound designers, or audio technologists; professionals from cultural institutions including museum directors, exhibition designers, or arts program leads; and critics or long‑form writers specializing in visual arts, architecture, or music.

Please submit your resume/CV in English.
