About the Role
What if your daily routine - cooking brekkie, tidying up, moving through your home - could directly shape the future of robotics? We're looking for Robot Operators across Australia to capture real-world video footage of everyday tasks, creating the training data that teaches next-generation AI robots how humans interact with the physical world.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to almost anyone. No technical background, no robotics experience, no special skills required - just a smartphone or camera, a space to record in, and a willingness to follow simple guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Record yourself performing common, everyday tasks - cooking, cleaning, organizing, navigating spaces - using a smartphone or video camera
- Follow clear, step-by-step recording guides that tell you exactly what to capture and how
- Ensure footage is clear, well-lit, and properly framed to meet quality standards
- Submit completed recordings alongside brief task descriptions
- Participate in recurring recording sessions as new tasks and scenarios are assigned
Who You Are
- Access to a smartphone or video camera capable of recording clear footage
- A home or personal workspace where you can comfortably record
- Comfortable being on camera performing routine, everyday activities
- Able to follow straightforward recording guidelines consistently
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
- No technical, robotics, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience creating video content or following production guidelines
- Familiarity with a variety of everyday environments and tasks
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across recording sessions
