About the Role

We’re hiring Quality Analysts on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. You’ll play a key role in reviewing outputs, flagging issues, and helping us maintain a high bar for quality across projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
  • Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends
  • Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
  • Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g., technical, editorial, or analytical)
