What this actually is

You complete short labeling tasks, record everyday activities, or evaluate AI outputs across general knowledge domains. Open to most backgrounds. The platform title (Pharmacologist) reflects the rate band and the expertise required, not the day-to-day work.

As a clinical pharmacologist on this project, you would own a part in multiple workflows:

1\. Clinical Data Generation: we need to simulate the pharmacology layer of each data room, including PK and PD datasets, dosing and escalation regimens, exposure-response relationships, and bioanalytical reports, so that dose rationale and concentration data are clinically plausible and reconcile against the efficacy and safety outputs.

2\. Clinical pharmacology task authorship: you must be capable of authoring the dose selection rationale, drug concentration and response sections, and drug-drug and drug-disease interaction content, and designing prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify the ability of an AI agent attempting to do the same thing.

To be qualified for this role, you must fit the following requirements:

  • Location: US, Canada, or France.
  • YOE: 5+ required. 10-25 preferred.
  • Education: PharmD, PhD in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics or a related field, MD, or equivalent.
  • Hourly availability: 20-25 hours/week, minimum. 30+ preferred.
  • Experience: MUST have supported pre-market (Phases 1-3) programs as a clinical pharmacologist, with hands-on PK/PD work, dose selection and escalation, and exposure-response analysis. First-in-human experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working from a protocol and SAP to produce pharmacology data that holds up under expert scrutiny.
