What this actually is
You bring your specialist expertise to AI evaluation. The shape of the work varies but the pattern is the same: review outputs, rate quality, write prompts, flag errors. The platform title (HR Experts) reflects the rate band and the expertise required, not the day-to-day work.
Can you do this on your visa?
F-2 / F-4 / F-5 / F-6: open. E-1 to E-7: needs concurrent-employment permit. D-2 / D-4 students: S-3 permit, 20 hr/week cap. D-10 / D-8: case by case.

- The workflows are calibrated to the headcount scale, regulatory breadth, and program complexity of Fortune 500 and large public companies.
- Contributors design enterprise HR scenarios, draft reference materials, and write rubrics that reflect senior People Ops judgment at F500 scale.
Key Responsibilities

- Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs.
- Familiarity with F500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments.
- Prior rubric, training-content, or HR enablement authorship is a plus.
Compensation Note
- Hourly Pay: $60 to $80 per hour, set by Mercor based on demonstrated expertise.
- Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Onboarding via the Mercor Rubric Academy, a paid program that calibrates contributors to the quality bar before live work.
