Football (Soccer) Fan – Live Match AI Evaluator (UK & Spain)

Role overview

Mercor is looking for passionate football (soccer) fans in the United Kingdom and Spain to evaluate AI assistants live, while real matches are being played. On scheduled match days, you'll ask AI assistants the questions you'd naturally ask while following a match, then rate how helpful, accurate, and well-presented their answers are. Your judgments directly shape how AI products serve sports fans.

What you'll do

• Follow live Premier League, UEFA Champions League, or La Liga matches and ask AI assistants real fan questions: live scores and win probability, player and team stats, rules, schedules and broadcasts, highlights, and expert-style analysis

• Run the same question on two AI products side by side, either as a single question or as a multi-turn conversation of 2 to 10 turns

• Capture share links and full screenshots of every conversation

• Rate each response for helpfulness, factual accuracy, and presentation, choose which product did better, and write a clear rationale for your choice

What we're looking for

• Based in the United Kingdom (native English speaker) or Spain (native Spanish speaker)

• An avid football fan who closely follows the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, or La Liga

• Available to work live during match windows on scheduled match days

• Comfortable using AI chat assistants and web search

• Strong written English or Spanish, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to spot factual errors; Spain-based raters must also be able to follow instructions in English

• Prior AI rating or evaluation experience is a plus, but not required

First match day: Saturday, October 10 (Premier League Matchweek 6 + La Liga Matchweek 8)

Live window across the day: 12:30 PM to about 9:55 PM UK time (1:30 PM to about 10:55 PM Spain, 7:30 AM to about 4:55 PM ET, 4:30 AM to about 1:55 PM PT). UK raters focus on Premier League matches, Spain raters on La Liga matches.

Details

• Event-based: work happens on scheduled match days in October and December

• Each task takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours and is completed while the match is live

• You must be available live during the match window on match day
