Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare delivery and clinical support systems. We are actively seeking clinicians working in ambulatory, outpatient, urgent care, or community-based care settings to participate in a 30-minute online survey. The survey will explore clinical workflows, patient care coordination, operational challenges, documentation processes, and perspectives on emerging healthcare technologies. Insights from participants will help inform the development of practical AI tools designed to support frontline healthcare professionals and improve patient care experiences.
Responsibilities
Participants will be asked to:
- Complete a structured 30-minute online survey
- Share insights from real-world patient care and clinical operations
- Provide feedback on topics such as care delivery workflows, patient communication, documentation, coordination, staffing, and technology usage
- Discuss operational pain points and opportunities for improvement in outpatient and ambulatory care settings
- Offer perspectives on how AI tools may support clinicians and care teams in the future
Requirements
Employment
Currently working in an ambulatory, outpatient, urgent care, or community-based clinical setting focused on direct patient care delivery.
Role
Holds one of the following clinical or care-delivery roles:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Physician (MD/DO)
- Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical care delivery role
- Care Manager or Care Coordinator
Qualifications
- Currently practising clinically and actively involved in patient care
- Experience working in outpatient, ambulatory, urgent care, or community-based healthcare environments
- Familiarity with day-to-day clinical workflows and patient coordination processes
- Comfortable participating in a structured research survey
- Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey
