About the Role

We're looking for Korean language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Korean-language content. Your linguistic insight and teaching background will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and teaches Korean - making a real impact on learners and speakers worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
  • Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
  • Apply expert judgment to identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps
  • Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and educationally sound Korean
  • Provide structured feedback that directly improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts

Who You Are

  • Native-level proficiency in Korean
  • Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language
  • Strong written communication skills in both Korean and English (C1/C2)
  • Familiarity with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
  • Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
  • Exposure to AI-powered language tools or educational technology
  • Comfort working independently in structured, asynchronous workflows
