Консультант или психиатр? Центры и психологи дают разговорную терапию, но не выписывают лекарства. Психиатр — врач, ставит диагноз и назначает препараты; визиты обычно покрывает 국민건강보험. Многие ходят к обоим. В каждой карточке языки и формат: очно, онлайн или оба.
