Как читать метки: KMF certified значит, что 한국이슬람교중앙회 проверил кухню. Это самая сильная гарантия. Self-certified — слова владельца без внешнего аудита. Muslim-friendly подаёт халяль, но без сертификата. Полный KMF держат единицы по стране, большая часть карты — два нижних яруса. Не подтвердили из авторитетного источника — понижаем, никогда не повышаем.
