What you'd do
- Improve LLM performance via SFT and reinforcement learning training pipelines
- Design,build,and develop RAG and agent systems end-to-end
- Define evaluation metrics and construct benchmark datasets for model assessment
What they want
- Hold 1 or more years of AI or ML related work experience
- Demonstrate hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience in a real project context
- Build and deploy RAG and agent systems from design to production independently
Nice to have
- Multimodal training and evaluation experience including VLM and audio modalities
- Distributed training and high-performance inference optimization using DeepSpeed,FSDP,or CUDA
- Published research at top-tier AI conferences such as NeurIPS,ICLR,or ACL
